Why am I still seeing the flashxml.net label
The reason you see the flashxml.net label is because you're still using the SWF file from the free package.
Once you've downloaded the paid package (read this article to learn how to download the paid package), you'll have to replace the SWF file you're using with the SWF file from the paid package.
Don't forget to clear your browser's cache after you replaced the SWF file. You can find out here how to do that.

Posted 8 months agoIs it possible to remove both, big and thumbs bacgrounds and set it as 100% transparent?
To have a transparent background you have to edit the settings.xml file from holder folder and change the value of backgroundAlpha to 0 and then edit the settings.xml file from DockMenuFX folder and change the value of backgroundAlpha to 0.

The uploader circle apperas… and it’s not hiding at all (strange – I have never seen it while using free package)
What went wrong?
You were using an older version of the free package and some properties changed during this time. I recommend starting configuring your gallery all over again using the paid version.

I just purchased venice city template, extended license. i downloaded the zip folder but there’s no .fla files in it? how should i proceed?
We don’t offer any FLA file in the paid version of our Flash Templates. Why would you need it?

I replaced my free version of accordian swf file which was named accordian.swf vs my purchased version – AccordianFX.swf and now it does not even appear at top of home page under text directory etc. The new purchased file is twice as large in size as free swf version. The free swf version worked previously. I renamed purchased version to resemble old file name.
Please Advise.

We recently updated the Accordion FX with lots of changes and improvements and because of this we recommend to use all the files from the paid package and update it again with your own settings and images starting from the default files.
