Why am I still seeing the flashxml.net label
First, thank you for purchasing a license.
The answer is simple: because you're still using the SWF file from the free package.
Once you've downloaded the paid package, you'll have to replace the SWF file you used from the free package with the SWF file from the paid package. Read this to learn how to download the paid package.
Before testing the changes, please remember to clear your browser's cache. You can find out here how to do that.

Posted 2 months agoI have purchased a Lifetime Membership a long time ago and was downloading the new Accordian Banner but it shows the free version and not the paid version – i was logged into my account. How do I get the paid version?
Hi,
After you log-in you have at top right, My Account, enter there and you will have a list with all the components that you can download. If you download from there all the components will be the full packages without the watermark.

Posted 3 months agoHello, i purchased a full membership and i am currently using the blur menu you have. I Cant remove the flashxml label you have. I replaced the swf file and cleaned my cache still nothing:/ I even removed the whole content from the ‘‘public_html/flashxml/blurmenufx’‘ folder and replaced it with the paid zip file i downloaded from my account’s page. Some help?

I checked your site and I noticed that you are still using the free version of BlurMenuFX.swf file. If you will compare the size of BlurMenuFX.swf from your flashxml/blurmenufx/ folder and the one from the free package you will see that are the same. So, you will need to replace that file with the one provided in the paid package. If still does not work, send to support [at] flashxml.net the login details to your FTP and we will make this change for your.
