Why am I still seeing the FlashXMLnet label
First, thank you for purchasing a license.
The answer is simple: because you're still using the SWF file from the free archive.
Once you've downloaded the commercial archive, you'll have to replace the SWF file you used from the free archive with the SWF file from the commercial archive.
Just purchased a copy of the basic image scroller after testing the free version on my site. I had all the settings just right using the free version, but when I installed the paid version, it seems to have defaulted back to the original settings. Changing my parameters in the settings.xml file has no effect. Is uploading the new .swf file the only requirement or is there something else that needs to be done. thanks

One of my clients recently purchased 3D_wall_fx, but two things happen:
1. I cannot open it in CS3 and
2. When I try editing via xml, it shows me the “FlashXML.net” label.
Any help? And how do I know if he gave me the free or the commercial archive?

To get rid of the FlashXML.net logo you have to replace the swf you’re currently using with the one from your purchased archive.
To change the timezone you'll have to change the value of targetTimeZone from your settings.xml file.
I have recently purchased the cover-flow personal license. Now the top flashxml.net label is gone, but I still get the top lable for a few seconds when the flash is initially loading, how do I get rid of that? I do not want to show the flashxml.net label even for a few seconds.

I just downloaded the commercial archive for the ‘Image Scroller’ and copied and replaced the Imagescroller.swf file from the commercial archive over the free version SWF file thus removing the “FlashXML.net” label.. The only problem is it doesnt!! When you run the either the SWF file or the index.html file to see your default images, it shows red squares in a sequence (similar to a preloader) can you advise where i am going wrong? I have not modified the XML settings or any of the assets, js…
I am not flash experienced but did install the MXP extension in flash to to see if i could work out the FLA files but couldnt without a learning curve in Flash.

You have to make your own settings again in settings.xml and images.xml files.
Hi, I purchased the banner rotator and I am unclear on how to replace the free version files. I renamed the swf file to banner and put it in the root directory replacing the old banner swf file. although the logo is gone it has changed the size of my pictures along with the effects.

Hi again, I’m unclear what you mean by archive … are you referring to the carousel_as2.mxp file? The FLA? The XML files?
Can you clarify please. If you are referring to the FLA, we will need to continue working on it as it’s still very untidy and not optimised, I’m also sensitiove about sending the FLA out as it does contain some sensitive information.
