Why am I still seeing the flashxml.net label

The reason you see the flashxml.net label is because you're still using the SWF file from the free package.

Once you've downloaded the paid package (read this article to learn how to download the paid package), you'll have to replace the SWF file you used from the free package with the SWF file from the paid package.

Don't forget to clear your browser's cache after you replaced the SWF file. You can find out here how to do that.

I just purchased the CoverFlowFX and then I replaced the CoverFlowFx.swf file with the new one from the paid folder and CLEARED MY CACHE, yet all I see is the rotating loading arrow, it does not ever load the images. I was using the free version for testing and got it the way I wanted with my own images, according to your instruction all I have to do is replace this one .swf file – so what is going on here? Why are there so many comments with people having problems, can you fix your application please? If you are unable to fix your broken program will you please instruct me how to work around this WITHOUT HAVING TO START OVER? Even when I have tried starting over it does not work, so I am really frustrated with this now. Please help or I will need to get a refund. THANKS

Hi,

I’ve downloaded the free banner rotator scripts with a view to purchasing a commercial license, but noticed none of the slides or <a href> embedded links work (they aren’t clickable), but the example on your website does? Is this something that only works in the paid for version, or is there some disabled option in the default settings.xml ? I am running Firefox with Flash 10 on Ubuntu 10.04 Linux, the main reason for using your product is so we don’t have to hard code in the URLs into actionscripts.

Thanks

Hi,

I checked your site and I saw that your images are not loading, make sure that you write the correct path for them in images.xml.

Hi
I just install the free version. but when I click the image in the scroller box, it doesn’t work, I means it dosen’t show a lightbox to display a big image.
After that changed the value of userLightbox attribute to “ture” but doesn’t work yet.
I installed it to the joomla core system and didn’t install anyother module; component and plug.
How can I fix it?

FlashXML Support

Hi,

Sorry, but lightbox does not work in Joomla because of the conflicts between javascripts used by Joomla and lightbox.

Hi,
To Markus: thx for your comment, but with your tip, logo don’t disappear, it’s just hidden by another background, but you can still see it when loading.
To all : now it works, i’ve just downloaded it again few days later: like someone else before me, it could be an automatic latency waiting for the money to be well transfered.

Thank you!

Hi,

not a question but a hint. I just purchased and downloaded the CoverFlow and had the same issue with the top left watermark. Even replacing the free version by the payed one and clearing the browsers caches did not work.
Then I noticed, that the examples are working as expected. So I suspected the settings.xml to be the problem.
Checking the settings one by one I came accross this:
If you set <backgroundAlpha value=“0”/> the watermark will show up. setting the backgroundAlpha to 1 it disapears ! Each value less than 1 will show the watermark !

Kind regards
