Why am I still seeing the flashxml.net label
First, thank you for purchasing a license.
The answer is simple: because you're still using the SWF file from the free package.
Once you've downloaded the paid package, you'll have to replace the SWF file you used from the free package with the SWF file from the paid package. Read this to learn how to download the paid package.
Before testing the changes, please remember to clear your browser's cache. You can find out here how to do that.

Posted 5 months agoso unless I purchase a paid product I will be forced to use the flashxml.net label. I downloaded the free Fotgrafia Wordpress Theme. I’d like to remove the flashxml.net label from the homepage. Please advise me on how to accomplish this. I search website but couldn’t find anything that explained it. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
We have already sent you an email. To be more specific about what I’ve already told you in the email, depending on the component that you want to use for the Home page, that is polaroid gallery or photo flipper, change the SWF file of the respective component with the SWF from the package that you purchased on this directory: wordpress/wp-content/flashxml/polaroid-gallery-fx/ (in the case of polaroid gallery, for instance).

the slideshow is working well on Firefox and IE but with Google chrome it shows a black screen like the light box background …

I checked your site and I noticed that for some photo tags, in images.xml, the value of colorboxClass attribute is video even if an image is used. You need to change those values to image. Clear your browser’s cache before testing the changes. If still does not work, please send to support[at]flashxml.net the login details to your FTP, so we can check where is the problem.

Hi,
To have the label removed you need to load the SWF file from the paid package. Please make sure that you are loading the paid SWF. Also, do not forget to clear your browser’s cache before checking that out.
