Posted 8 months agoHi, I also note that iphone is not compatible with flash. Where can I find the code that links to the “You need adobe flash….” site? I would like to change that link to a standard html link specifically for iPhone users, (as iPhone users make up a large portion of our business)

First off, love the template! Very professional looking.
My question is, how can I delete the youtube video from the video page? I would like to put some technical data there instead, similar to the format of the ‘about’ page, but without the scrolling images. Is this possible? Im quite new to html, so im a bit overwhelmed by all the cross linkage between the pages and the settings files.
Also, I do wish to buy this template without the watermark. When I buy it, will I have to redo all the code to fit my webpage again, or is it an easy process?

Hi,
Unfortunately what do you want is not possible. Our templates are designed this way and you can’t replace components. You can delete the Video section but not modify it. About the watermark, when you will complete the payment all you have to do is to follow these steps.

Posted 8 months agoI added my content to the template and uploaded yesterday via Filezilla and everything worked fine. Today it won’t load the home page and just hangs there. It will, however, work locally. I deleted everything and reloaded it (again via Filezilla) and it still will work locally but not on the server. Ideas?
It looks like there’s something wrong with your http://www.cjparis.com/footer/assets/fullscreen.png image. Make sure it’s the right one and it works when you’re trying to view it in your browser. If the problem persists then send an email to support [at] flashxml.net with the login details to your FTP so we can check it.

Posted 10 months agoTake a look at the earlier comments to see what I’m talking about and your initial response. On the About page, sometimes the scroll bars don’t appear when going to the page. This is really frustrating because I have about three paragraphs of text but when the bug occurs, you can only see one and won’t be able to scroll. If you leave the page and come back, it usually is fine but for new vistors to my site, they won’t know there’s suppose to be more text! It’s a legitimate concern but I’m not sure if you updated the code.
I was hoping that you updated the code and fixed the error. Honestly, you should never have published this site without making sure all bugs are fixed. I spent a lot of time developing this template only to find out about this bug. Not cool.
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the template because the problem you’re talking about was fixed.
