I love this template i was wondering is it possible to add extra pages etc, i have been reading the comments, and i am a little worried by the limitations. I want to use it for a property site so the layout would be great, for example the gallery would be great to display all my property and after the image is clicked it would be nice to link it to a new page relative to that property.
What can i and can not do with this webpage e.g. add and take away.

Hi,
We know that our templates seem a little more rigid than our usual components and galleries, but we are still offering the most customizable templates on the web. To put your worries aside, let me tell you that it is possible to add new pages, or to remove existing pages.
All you need to do is to edit a couple of XML files, usually the menu.xml and components.xml and copy the folder for the new page with the correct components. However, since our templates were built using slightly different components, especially regarding the navigation menu, it is not possible to create a generic FAQ on how to add new pages.
Regarding your question to create content that links to new pages inside the template, for example, clicking an image in the Gallery to open a new template page, this is not yet possible. We create all our pages from the main menu input – when an user clicks on a menu link it will trigger the new components to be drawn on the page.
Since we are still in the process of developing the templates – we aren’t finished releasing new templates, yet – we can’t provide custom work to modify our templates to your needs. We will be offering this service in the near future, but it might still be a month and half until this is possible.

The footer and header components are vital, core components for the template and they can’t be disabled, otherwise the template won’t start.

This is not possible, as the Templates don’t have multiple pages inside. There is just one page that changes elements according to the selection in the main menu.

You don’t need the FLA file to edit the template. It can be customized through XML files.
