I got two questions regarding the footer:
1) Can I change the background color of the Spacer? So far I only could change the font color.
2) Can I add a volume bar to the MP3Player component?

1. You can change background color editing footer/Spacer/settings.xml and change the value of backgroundColor to your color and also change the value of backgroundAlpha to 1, between Text Proprieties and Background Proprieties tags.
2. Unfortunately to add the volume control is very difficult and we recommend you to send a request to our Custom Work Department.

I’ve been trying to add the MP3PlayerFX component to a page, but it doesn´t work.
Is it possible to do this?
I’ve been reading other questions regarding adding other components that aren’t part of the template, and see that that it’s not possible. But the MP3PlayerFX it’s a part of the template. Can it be used?

Posted 10 days agohi , thank you for free service. i m using this REM alliance template. previously i upload this template my another web site its working. and i was modified well. here included audio but no control.
now i m modify better from my previous web site. here i completely remove sound from footer & sherrer, its working we no objection in offline mode. after all complete i uploaded the template in my site but its nor working just loading my site is 18mb total , 1.9 mb for home folder
i thing it will be work fast from my previous template. but its just loading …....
what is the problem….? my mistake where…?
is it need the audio file must for page.swf file?

Without seeing the template online I can’t really check for problems. Please share a link with support[at]flashxml.net as soon as you have it online.
As for your contact details, you need to edit the send_email.php file in the contact page, inside the Contact Form component, and add your desired e-mail to the line.

We have had an issue with the MP3 player’s visualizer conflicting when other Flash content that were playing on other tabs, like Youtube – it would just stop. Could you please provide a link to the webpage where you are testing the template so we can check it out?
