Copy all the files from the package into the same folder. Use the index.html file to open the Flash Template.

To use your own text in the menu, edit the menu.xml file and change the values of CDATA attributes.

To use your own images, go to pages/page_name folder, open the folder of the product that is used and edit the images.xml file with a text editor to define in each row the image path, the url to go to when clicking the image, the target(_self for the same browser window or _blank for a new browser window) and the text between CDATA tags.

To set the Contact Form you have to edit the send_email.php from pages/contact/ContactForm/assets/script/ folder.

Hi,

The path to that logo is specified in header_settings.xml through the value of <logo> attribute.

Hi There. I recently purchased your rem template which will do pretty much all that I will require. It is currently going through the overhall, putting all images and texts on there etc. I have added 3 galleries using your method but i seem to have a couple of hickies.
Firstly one of the galerys has completely dissapeared on the server. Impossible to get it on screen though it works perfectly on the mac before posting.
In relation to where the image galery positions. On the first gallery the small rectangular images are alligned as per your template. On the 3 coppy galeries, they position much lower (I had to modify thier position coordonates… is this normal?)
Secondly i need to attack the “about” page changing all the texts etc. All I have found is an ipsup locum html text page. I cant find the body text nor the headers. The newt page texts are comparitively easy to find and change.
Finally if someone can contact me for the php settings because i cant get the contact page to work. Even though there are instructions as to what to change, I am still lost.
Many thanks in advance

Hi,

1. The first gallery do not show up because the first image that is declared in images.xml is missing. Make sure that you have wrote the correct path for that picture, also take care at the extension name because is case sensitive (.jpg is not the same with .JPG)
2. Yes, is normal to change the gallery’s position when you add a new gallery page., but I’m glad to hear that you managed to adjust its position
3. To change the text for the about page you have to edit the pages/about/HTMLContentScroller/assets/text.html file.
4. I have sent you a test message using contact form from your site and a Success message was returned, this means that the message has been sent. Please check your inbox or spams.

Hello,
thank you for your last reply, it was helpful and I uploaded my website.
but it doesnt seem to show up on the screen. I hear the music coming although I had switched it off(How can I switch the music off by default?)
and why does my web site come up ? can you help me ?
regards,
aykut

FlashXML Support

Hi,

The template is not showing because you have files with the JPG extension (uppercase lettering) while your images.xml has files with jpg (lower-case lettering). Please make sure that filenames match. You have this problem for images 109, 110, 111.

The music can be switched off, by editing the footer/MP3Player/settings.xml and changing to false this value:

<autoStart value="false"/>

Hi,
I have developed my web pages by using your this REM template. there is one thing I cannot do. I am also using your ImageFlow galleries as separately. When the user presses on the photo, I want to open a different page with a link to my QTVR file. Separately it should open and this QTVR file must be played. How can I do that ? Or how can I do :
when the user presses on the photo a new blank web page opens by this link.
Regards

Hi,

If you want to open a new page when you click on an image from Image Flow FX you have to make the following changes in settings.xml:
1. Change the value of useColorbox attribute to false
2. Change the value of expand to false
2. Edit images.xml and add the link to your page through the value of url attribute.
