Unfortunately this is not really possible – the features you require are based on PHP CMS sites and not Flash and XML files.

Normally you should use the templates as they are, since adding a new page requires extensive modifications to several XML files, and also creating new folder inside the templates folder. To be able to provide instructions on how to add another page, please detail which type of page, from the already existing pages, you would like to add.
