How to load web feeds
There are some web feeds that don't work in our components due to privacy policy of the websites from where you're trying to load the feeds.
You can use FeedBurner and add the feeds you want to your list. Once you added a feed, click on it and go to Optimize tab at the top of the page where you have to select the Browser friendly option from the left of the page. You have to make sure that the Landing page renders as a web page in all browsers option is not checked. Don't forget to save your changes and now you should be able to display this web feed in our products.

Posted 5 years agoHey!
I’m trying to load a RSS feed from my Deviantart gallery into the Mosaic gallery, but I cant quite get the hang of it as the gallery dont respond.
My local images loaded via the images.xml file shows up, but I cant get the RSS feed to show up(?)
I also tried making a feedburner feed from teh same location, but with no better result.
Thanks in advance! // cid228

Posted 6 years agoI have an image folder in my drupal site and when registered users upload their profile images they are uploaded within that folder. How can I have the PopOut Gallery FX show the images within that Drupal Folder. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Posted 7 years agoI am using your news ticker fx product. I would like to the long version of the rss news feed (description) scrolled instead of the title that is shown be default. How do I make this happen?
Hi,
Can you be more specific about what are you trying to do?

Posted 8 years agoHi there. I have purchased this rotator, and have made the changes listed here to enable auto-resize upon zoom in and out of the browser.
This works fine only if the browser is at it’s ‘normal’ zoom level when opened. If the browser is already in zoomed mode then I go to my website, the component appears too small. Once I ctrl- or ctrl+ then it resizes perfectly.
Is there a way for the banner to fill the space no matter what zoom level the browser starts at?
I can’t give you a link to the website as only admin users can see the banner until I get it right.
Hi,
Try to use the following method which should work as you want:
1. Open the fla file and set the same width and height for stage as is declared in settings.xml
2. Test Movie (press CTRL + Enter) and use the resulted swf file
3. In the embedding code change the value of params.scale to default
Note that you need to clear your browser’s cache before testing the changes.

Posted 8 years agoI commercial version of Image Scroller FX – It works great except that it leaves a rather large blank space on the left as it scrolls across and then pops in picture after picture. Anyway to get it to not have the gapping blank space on left?
Thanks
Hi,
You’re having to few images in your images.xml to get a perfect infinite loop. Add more images in your images.xml or multiply some of them and try again. Clear your browser’s cache before testing the changes.
